My CF Long Beach Team

Dropped by CrossFit Long Beach for a workout this morning. I have looked them up several times in the last couple years but never made time to stop by. It was awesome to finally make it to the CrossFit gym of my hometown. If you guys make it over to the left coast make sure and visit them. They are awesome!
