A1. Windmills sets 5 reps per side 4121 tempo rest 2 minutes between sides and before moving on
A2. Perfect Pushups 3 sets AMRAP 3131 rest 2 minutes
A3. Split Squat 2 sets AMRAP -1 per side rest 3 minutes between sides and before moving on
