WOD 4/23/2010

Big 'ol class!


Max reps of 2 movements (the load, if any, is up to you) in 15 minutes.


You can do something you are bad at and get a lot of practice at the movement, or something you are great at and kick ass, or both!

Not even gonna try and reproduce scores for this one! I did get the pic of the board though!

10 Body Rows
15 Push Press
20 Air Squats

Duncan: 5:51
Fran: 8:42 (mod)
2 attempts (if you want 2) at your longest plank hold.

Whichever variation you choose that you can reproduce with integrity.

All i have to say is that 60 isn't quite as far away for some of us. I remember when i thought 40 was old......and no, Baby Condor, you should not comment on that.

And I think that we should subtract the youngest person that shows up for the WOD from each person's age and give a 1 second bonus for each year.

My max is 3:30ish being 6'7" is a huge disadvantage at plank. My goal tonight is 4 mins tho

Condor..don't be giving any excuses on your disadvantage. It is all realative! I am going to try to beat your 4 mins. I have never tried to go as long as possible, but we will see tonight. It is on!!
