Sheesh Dean-O....where's your spirit of adventure??? I'm sad to be missing this one - looks like a doozy!
Back in my day... speaking the words "rest day" at the gym was forbidden.
I am trying to do no more than 3 days in a row and hit all the strength WODs... sadly that means missing a destroyer here and there.
I should probably be ashamed to admit this but that's absolutely the most energy I've ever put out in a WOD. That's the worst I've ever felt/closest to hurling I've ever been....and I'm still 2 minutes behind Arnold!!! Love all of those exercises - great job Kyle...I thought I had you no problem.

Derek, nice work man. I think it's great that you laid it all out there for the WOD. I have one WOD that sticks out in my mind as the most effort & most pain I've ever had (Fight Gone Bad) and I have to say I am kinda proud of it. Maybe this will be a b-day WOD for you.
