That was a fun one - tough but fun - even with my mod's! My left arm disagrees but.... ;0)

Mod: 7 rounds, left arm 15# dumbbell thrusters, left arm only ring rows, 8kb kb clean/push-press. (Thanks Ian for the ideas...they were good ones).
