There will be two heats and you will have a partner cheering for you, coaching and counting if you like.
Pay attention to the cars when you run!
11:30AM Class will be the same except good mornings with a bar in place of deads and the laps around the building will be replaced with 80 yard sprints (touch the 40 yd. line with your foot)
