Dude, I am loving how these wods are designed now. A strength portion, then a short intense metcon. Keep it up!

Just signed up for the Level 1 cert on the 30th and 31st in Golden! Very excited to finally get it done! Is anyone else planning on going?

Front squats felt good (never thought I'd say that)...about 90% due to back.

Should have dropped SDHP 20# to keep under 14 minutes. Guessing I was around 15:30...

MOD SDLHP at 55#.

Weak Front squats. 83 lbs. 10 lb less than my max 3X3.

Considering all of the problems you have had with your back, i think you did just fine!

You really did awesome on the wod. Those fronts squats can be a little pesky, but you will get them!
