Thanks Chappy for helping me work around my shoulder/peck/whatever-my-injury is tonight. I appreciate it!
Mod: 4 rounds: 12 8kg(?) kb snatch (left arm only); 24 air squats, 24 sit-ups [those didn't hurt Tara :0)]).
Mod 66 lbs for all lifts. I must be out of practi e as I may have done an extra set of squats.

I know Tara, I'm terrible at following the rules! I could hear in you in my head as I was doing the sit-ups! That's why I posted that it didn't hurt :-) It really didn't...I promise!!!
