Also, CF Headquarters is coming to film here at our gym this Tuesday 1/12 for the 1:30 class! If you want to be a superstar, this would be the class to make that day.

Congrats Ian - that's great news for the gym! Is everyone welcome or is this more for the 'superstars' to show off the gym? I only ask because I don't want Arnold feeling like he can't show up and have his imperfections forever noted on tape.
Derek - remember, we are Gym Short Bus.

Steve - no idea. She said they were more interested in talking with me/others about the gym etc. but they will get some training footage.
