WOD 11/12/09

Now that's a lot'o pull-ups

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I just love when everyone gets to be on the leader board!

Oh ya, Tara & Arnold lead the November "Tire Flip Challenge" with 4:36 & 2:07 respectively. Any challengers?

Thought this would be fun (in that crossfit way) to try sometime. or a variation of.
