Muay Thai Intro Seminar this weekend!
Make sure you guys make it for the Muay Thai seminar this Saturday at 12:30 with Kru Marc. Please bring anyone you like as well. The cost is $10 for members, $20 for non-members. We will have 5 loaner pairs of gloves here at the academy so if you need a pair for the seminar please speak with Coach Ian or Andres and we will reserve a pair for you. If you are interested in Muay Thai/Kickboxing, this is your chance to check it out.

I moved things around and I will be there! Ian/Andreas, do we need anything other than gloves? Shin guards, maybe? I think you said 16 oz or 20 oz gloves are acceptable. Do you know ABOUThow much they cost to buy new?
Not sure if the gloves I have at home are good enough for the orientation or not, so if still available I will need to reserve a pair please!
I think you can get a cheap pair Todd for maybe $25? Garts, Dicks etc. Nothing else for the intro. For regular class starting next week you need a cup and a mouthpiece every class.
For the intro Jennifer Marc said any gloves are fine. To train in the classes after that you need 14oz or heavier.
