Ian, did you purposely design a WOD that I could not do with my shoudler? My mods would have to be not do it!
We can do a completely different workout for you or train BJJ tonight instead...
Also, I've got a woman coming tonight with a cast on. I'm going to have her do KB thrusters with her good hand and rowing.
