Let's get some folks to the lifting class this week!

FYI, it's totally cool to attend the lifting class, do a heavy WOD at the end (Brent will be culminating the class w/a heavy WOD) and have that be your CrossFit for the day. Also, names and numbers will be posted for those in attendance so you can track how strong your getting. Shhhh... don't tell anyone else about the lifting class or they'll get stronger too. And then you won't be the only one with faster WOD times and new PR's!

I would love to attend, but the wifey informed me we have to have a date night on thursday. can't make wednesday either becuase of her too! crap!!
