Not to use Terry as an example...ok let's :)...we should all have been looking straight ahead for the duration of this lift. So if you were not, fix it on your next press type movement. Of course I forgot to mention that in all my lecturing.Thruster

Screw off to whoever wrote 125 for me! Bastards. Otherwise, great job everyone. I apologize if I didn't get your pic tonight. I was a little overwhelmed and rushing around. I'll get it together... Just adjusting to what an awesome gym we are becoming. Thank you!
Also, please welcome Laurie Ann to the gym. We are getting a lot of couples! Also, Nate Anderson. You guys missed him today but he will be around.
Oh yea, thanks so much to Jeremy and Ben for all the help coaching.

Yea! A strength day!
Whatever dean!!! Just admit you love "thrusting" ;)
I am not dean just as you are not cathy! But I do like thrusting...
Adam
doh! i knew that! just used to Dean being a smart ass! now you are in the club!! woot!
did I hear someone say my name?
Not only that, Adam is slowing sinking with the rest of us!
Weak day - my mind wasn't into it...oh well, at least I showed up.
Need to burn out with a lower weight next time - only put up 11 total at 95#
Max - 105lbs
12 reps at 75lbs
Cath: note to self... 83 PR but could have gome higher. First day back from being sick. Practiced that one multiple times. Elbows way up.. Front squat not as scary! Thanks Ben!
PR. bw 183. Damn my gut looks huge in that pic. thanks Ian
I knew you'd be pissed about that Adam but the weight looks awesome!
Also, I didn't post "pr's" on this one as we've never done a one rep max thruster. But I do understand that it may be the most weight anyone has ever put overhead. And cheers to that.
Adam - It's not your gut . . . your chest is so big, it's just pulling your shirt up! ;)
Ian,
I was diligently tracking your weights and only saw a max lift of 125, hence the number up on the board. :)
Nice pic - my abs are so buff my shirt can't hold them in.
I knew it was you Terry!
CORENE! where are you ? are you out of town? your email is returning to me for the rest of the month?
