WOD 5/6/09




Common pose today

Gotta fix the hair before I bang out these burpees

This is where I fan Nick to ward off heat exhaustion/rhabdo - so he doesn't sue

5 rounds for time:

10 Burpee-to-pull-ups (hit the deck for a burpee then jump into the pull-up)
15 Wall Ball (20/15)
20 STS's (24kg/16kg)
25 Walking Lunges

That WOD was brutal. Nick puked. Worst workout in recent memory as far as I'm concerned. I'm calling it the Demolition Derby.

Seriously, can anyone go back to training at 24 hour fitness after training CrossFit!?

Hey Dean, the guys prescription for the KB STS's was 24kg. You used 16kg. Sorry if that was not what you intended...
