that was my second WOD ever!! well i have had a lot of firsts... coming back in...
I may not be a rockstar yet but i will at least do the whole workout instead of half :)
I am going to dread this all day tomorrow...
Do you have to do 100 of each before moving on or can you break each exercise down - say 5 sets of 20??

I don't believe that you can break up each set of 100 before going on to the next exercise.

If anyone feels they really can't complete the work you could do 1/2 an Angie - 50 of each.

It really is harder to keep motivated/competitive when there isn't anyone else in there working out with you.

I agree Steve it is hard to stay motivated by yourself. You had it rough today, no music, no partner, just a BJJ class to keep you company.
