that was my second WOD ever!! well i have had a lot of firsts... coming back in...

I may not be a rockstar yet but i will at least do the whole workout instead of half :)

Do you have to do 100 of each before moving on or can you break each exercise down - say 5 sets of 20??

I don't believe that you can break up each set of 100 before going on to the next exercise.

Derek - you must complete the 100 pull-ups and then move on...100 push-ups and then move on...

If anyone feels they really can't complete the work you could do 1/2 an Angie - 50 of each.

It really is harder to keep motivated/competitive when there isn't anyone else in there working out with you.

Dean - have an extra beer for me. Marion and I will try ahd see ya tomorrow evening at your place.

I agree Steve it is hard to stay motivated by yourself. You had it rough today, no music, no partner, just a BJJ class to keep you company.

shit! obviously photo- wise i haven't improved.. good lord Ian..

last time I only did half the workout an it took a little over 15 minutes.. today the whole thing in 26:04... i guess that is improved.. although the picture says NOT!~

30 sophie push ups (pu's with 30 lb sophie on my back)

40 owen squats (squats with 40 lb owen hangin on me like a monkey)

50 weighted situps 10 lb

Exactly 4 minutes faster!! Steve gets the most improved award though he took 5 minutes off his time and did it unmodified.
