how does this one work? 10 reps w/ dead lifts then 10 reps w/ push press, followed by 20 reps with both lifts both at 75 lbs? Or is it 10 reps using whatever lift breakdown you want, followed by 20 reps, etc.?

Hmmm... looking at this workout, I think I may need a note from my Mom staying "please excuse Dean from today's workout. He is feeling good today and he wants to keep it that way."
