10 Minute Snatch Set (you choose the weight)

Max KB Snatches in 10 minutes.

You may put the KB down whenever you like and switch hands whenever you like.

This is one event at the upcoming Colorado KB Series at MBS CrossFit on 10/10/09.

So - according to the results from the last comp - minimum 273 w/ 24kg bell to make the top 5!?

Hahahaha

We (Ian) topped out with 124 swings in 5 minutes w/ 24kg bell on Sat. I would think that the swings would be faster then snatches but then again, I'm an idiot.

Ahhh, but remember that was for 2 10 minute rounds. One for snatch, and one for c&j!
