75 KB Swings (24/16)
Break the work up any way you like. At the top of each minute that passes the trainer will yell "Burpees!" and you will do 5 - every minute until you yell time.

So I have a legit question. If it takes you a minute to do 5 burpees, when do you ever get to the wall balls and kettlebell swings?
