It takes a lot just to show up and do these excercises on a daily basis.They are hard for a reason. Keep shwoing up and you will get better, quicker, stronger, and healthier!It is not about beating other people while at the gym, it is about self improvement! You are doing awesome!
OK - thanks everyone. You know, I LOVE doing this and you all make it fun to come in a push myself physically harder than I think i ever have before. Guess i was just feeling sorry for myself. Done with that. The good thing about finishing in the back is that it isn't hard to set goals...he he he.

Dani, I feel your pain. I am almost always the last male to finish- by a lot. Just compete with yourself and you'll find that you are better than the average bear for one or two exercises. That's your win! You kick ass, stick with it!
