don't want a bum back right now.. Wrist is feeling fine tonight.. since I can't have advil.. wine seems to be helping..

Front Squats - 3x185,205,215.

Knowing out group - that WOD might be better with dumbbells - not kettlebells. I KNOW that I would have hurt myself had I tried it.
