WOD 7/31/09
Brenden's B-day Workout

50 Box jumps (24/20)
50 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings (24/16)
50 Walking lunges
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press (45/33)
50 Good Mornings (45/33)
50 Wall ball shots (20/15)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
Super CrossFit geeks will recognize that I have modified it a bit, but I think the flavor of the workout has been honored.
Here is the link to the last time we did this WOD, more or less. We are much stronger now though so I think full on pull-ups are in order for those that have them.

Was gonna try to make up yesterday's WOD. Came to the gym at 1130 and nobody was there. Must have been a bunch of sleepy heads today. I guess I will catch it on Saturday. Did 3 rds 20 reps. pull ups. sit ups, pushups. All broken because of kids at my feet, on my back, etc...

I'm not saying I can't do the pull ups, just saying its going to be brutal along with knees to elbows.
Dude the wood chipper is long enough without subbing real pullups for jumping pullups and doing 8kg heavier KB swings.
