Guys if you get a chance sit down and talk with Nate about his injury and what he has learned from it. He's got a great attitude about his training and I think we can all learn something from what happened to him.

Deano..Nice picture, you look great! Boys, you all did a great job and we all know how much O Squats suck, and I must agree with Terry..there definately no "O" in the O-squat!!!
