Guys if you get a chance sit down and talk with Nate about his injury and what he has learned from it. He's got a great attitude about his training and I think we can all learn something from what happened to him.
didn't even know Nick was injured.. wow.. back even... maybe you could write up something that Ian could post. Heal well.
