WOD for Monday:
5 x 5 Snatch (109)

then... AMRAP 7 minutes
10 Wall Ball
10 Sit ups (they let you use your arms, but it did not seem right to me so I didn't)
100M sprint

I got 5 rounds...

As a note if you show up late in La Jolla the lovely trainer says with authority "drop and give me 40"

I enjoyed that - the 40 KTE round sucked ass but in a good sick kind of way. My sweat tasted like whisky....damn, I'm drunk again...
