As a note if you show up late in La Jolla the lovely trainer says with authority "drop and give me 40"
oh and yes, I had to do them... but I love push ups (not that I told her)
I enjoyed that - the 40 KTE round sucked ass but in a good sick kind of way. My sweat tasted like whisky....damn, I'm drunk again...
