115lb deadlifts, just hung out upside down for 5 seconds for the HSPU's and did jumping pullups. Yeah...that should about cover it.

Corene - last night I did chest to bar pull-ups but jumped on a 20" box rather than the men's 24". Make sense?

So if I mod the HS push-ups with 2 ab mats, but DL 143 lbs instead of the 135 as rxd, then I get a bracket and a mod too . . .right? :)
