WOD 5/2/09



5-5-5-3-3
Snatch

Rest.

Then...

4 400M runs for time - 1 minute rest between runs.

These will be power snatches from the floor. Remember the pull from the floor to the knees is relatively slow with the real acceleration occurring when the bar gets to the top of the knees. Only record your highest Quintuplet? and Triplet. So each person will have two numbers for the snatch. Then record four separate times for the sprints.

Arnold: 105 (5x), 127 (3x)
1:41, 1:43, 1:41, 1:40

Terry: 117 (5x) 127 (3x)
1:41, 1:50, 1:50, 1:45

Matt: 136 (5x) 136 (3x)
2:00, 2:17, 2:37, 2:31

Dean: 115 (5x) 120 (3x)
1:55, 2:02, 2:05, 2:03

Catherine: 48 (5x) 65 (3x)
2:54, 2:59, 3:18, 2:44

Nina: 48(5x) 65 (3x)
2:16, 2:45, 2:50, 2:51

I actually thought that was really fun today. Well...not really the running part but the rest of it was fun!
