Way to get through that workout Terry! You too Lorie. I know starting can be frustrating. You'll get through it. Everyone who shows up each day and gives 100% is truly bad ass. You guys are way ahead of the curve. This sh#$ is hard! I have had people sign up for orientations and bail out when they read about it. People quit soon after trying it. You guys and gals who endure and are hell bent on improvement set the example.

Thanks Ian. Tonight was the closest I've come to stopping a workout in progress. I just didn't think that I could continue and had to talk myself through it 1 rep at a time.
I modded the overhead squat so that I didn't die of some damned thing or another.
