first it was pull ups; DU are my new project (AKA the next thing I totally suck at)
Go get them Dean! I gotta tell you, once you get 2/3 they fall in pretty quick. I hit 9 in a row in this workout! Best previous was 3 last week!
DUs really do fall in pretty fast once you get the rhythm down. This one was deceptively hard.
