"Get Your Goat On!"
Short story - pick 2-3 exercises that you suck at, that are your nemesis, that you despise. Then put them in a WOD that you design. You choose the order, the reps etc. We will help you if you need it. Let's try and keep them short, 10-12 minutes target.
Will we hear crickets tomorrow for Friday's WOD? Are you thinking I already programmed your "Goat" workout this week and why the hell would you want to do another? Or are you gonna step-up?

Lorie, it was a struggle not to post your pouty face pic, but in the end Nate and Kari won out.
Lastly, please welcome Marc Montoya to the gym when you get a chance. He was here tonight. I'm so glad there's another bald guy around. And whatever you do, don't show him your "dukes".

I actually would love to do this. Mine would be a wod made up of double unders, inverted burpees, kipping pullups, and a distance run.
100 DU's 50 IB's 50 PU's and 2 miles. I would name it the suck!

Mmmmhmm...there is still an element of control over us here because we are being told that we have to pick the worst of the worst for our WOD. He did however say that we could pick the rounds and reps, so there is always the potential for a 1 round and 1 rep WOD! ;) LOL...I invision a lot of foul language flying around the gym tonight!

I thought we did that on Wednesday.
I am not going near inverted burpees... been there done them.
For me a WOD that contains:
- double unders
- overhead squats
- ring dips (maybe a MU, considering I have a total of 2 this may not be realistic)

I'm tryin to figure out what to do. Most things I am OK with...a few I'm better at... I'm thinking pull ups and running--any other suggestions for sucky things?

That's just it Todd. What is "sucky" for one, may not be "sucky" for another...you know, kind of like one man's trash is another man's treasure. ;)

Rounds of 5 pu's and 5 overhead squats at 45lbs. And yes I said could not physically do oh squats, but I was wrong. Many thanks to dean for fixing my pu's- too bad it was after the wod- but still, now I am raring to go!
100 weighted squats anyway you can imagine. back squats at 185 front squats at 115 and overheads at 45. Awful.
