OK - went to the gym with my sis in law this morning and joined in on her personal training.....seriously, I think i amazed the trainer. He couldn't believe how quickly i caught on to "wall balls". (note, they only had 8 foot ceiling) I worked hard for the hour and it was not nearly the workout I get at crossfit. i felt so strong. he he he

That was realy hard, no woohoo... lots of boohoo.

I am so glad that Nick talked me into going in at 11am, now I don't have to worry about how much it was going to suck.

Drive to Aspen - 4 hours
Drink 4 Guinness - ....1 hour??
Drink 3 Ports - ....kinda gettin' fuzzy about now...
Smoke cigar - ...???
Sleep in 'til 10:30
- REPEAT -
Drive to Frisco - 2 hours
Drink 3 Oktoberfest - 1 1/2 hours??
Drive home - 1 1/2 hours...

Get away for the weekend and kind of remember what a kick ass time you had - priceless :)

Mmmhmm, Dani...you DO rock! Way to show 'em who's boss! I had a similar situation while participating in a P90X workout with a friend of mine. "Oh, this is so much harder than CrossFit...it uses more muscle groups simutaneously!"...REALLY?? Hahaha...the phrase "Your workout is our Warm-up" certainly rang true in that case!
