50 Turkish Get-Ups (16/12)


This is a new skill guys, so we'll be working on the mechanics. It will be timed, but it is inherently a slower movement. If you want to make up time, don't rest.

Steve... That hurts. I thought we were friends. Plus, I would technically be "an" oxymoron. Because the word following the a/an starts with a vowel.

Maybe next Saturday, I'll be home that weekend. I'll do my best to stop by and get whooped on.

I just did it is 7:26 with the movement standard being both shoulder blades down on the ground to standing fully locked out.
