Holy crap - that sucked. On paper it shouldn't have been that hard, maybe the weekend beer and gin was still in my system. Almost vomited....twice.
Did Crossfit Football workout today, 3 rounds of: 1 Gasser (Out back- Orange line to orange line and back, twice), 12 Power cleans @ 157, 6 Push Jerks @ 145). Time was 16:23. Probably wasn't as diffcult as the WOD today! That looked rough.
