30 squat snatches (75/55)
30 wall balls (20/15)
Have a terrible snatch? (silence please Catherine) You can power snatch it and then overhead squat it if you have to. Nevertheless, work on your depth when receiving the bar. This is a very important skill.

That was seriously one of the most brutal workouts I have done. I can barely walk up the stairs. I just really couldn't go to my "happy snatch place" (Chap).
My quads are fried, the dog just brushed against the back of my knee and almost took me down.
that sucked big hairy balls. I shed a tear. or two.. Ian ran away fast...
yah TJ there was no "happy snatch place" to be seen.
