Ian,
did you get my message for friday?
I miss my home gym...
Yes sir, we'll figure out a time Adam...
Your home gym misses you Dean!
I was just looking at this workout the other day. I thought it would be fun, but today is a rest day for me. I'll have to put it in the hopper to do when I'm traveling. Have fun.
Quick check around and found this page with a LOT of bodyweight workouts that can be used when traveling. SOme are just stupid, but a lot look like fun.
Ian - I think we should do Deck of Cards one of these days. That one looks fun.

it'll be good to have you back Dean, btw your old buddy Stephen says howdy...
That was so much fun.
Mods: I subbed #45 dumbbell curls for the 400 m run, and #35 tricep extensions for the pullups. I am going to the pool later so I had to "jack up the ceps" for the ladies.
Ugh...I'm one of the "out for the week" people! Was going to try and make it tonight but my j-o-b is holding me hostage!!!! Tomorrow at 5....I'm hoping. I did do Monday's wod at home - MOD: all sit-ups in place of kte's.
Good job Kari - see you soon!
Butt
Subbed 4 meter open water swim and WOD from "Crossfit for Life" in Cumming, GA today.
3 rounds for time, 1 min each...
wallballs
"power rope" (This sucked, it was a length of rope you had to flop about 30 feet)
135LBS deads
box jumps
jumprope
rest.
They didn't count rounds or anything, so you just kinda jumped in and moved to the next station like fight gone bad...
Man you can sweat in Georgia in the summer...
Nice Terry!
The best part about Arron, is while he was killin it . . . he kept on encouraging me and Cindy to keep going! Thanks Arron!
Corene, I actually saw Arron complete a sudoku puzzle in between his second and third rounds. Truly unbelievable.
