Day 1 individual events are posted. Short list: 1) 7.1km run through varied terrain including both asphalt and extremely steep hills off trail 2) Heaviest successful deadlift completed lifting one rep every 30sec. (start at 315/185) and go up 10 lbs every 30 seconds) 3)The men will pick up two 35lb sandbags (loosely packed) - women pick up one - and sprint approximately 170m uphill 4) row 500m/hammer 4' stake into the ground (women 3' stake)/row 500m 5) wallball and barbell snatch - no specifics.
