I am so excited... I can almost feel the pain.
Couldn't do WOD today because I showed up too late from a golf tournament. So I just practiced cleans and tried to get 1 RM. FInally got 200! 205 was heavy though... couldn't get it.

I just realized I did 10 pushups instead of 15...didn't mean to, just still a little drunk from vacation. NICE!
