WOD 12/9/08



5 rounds for time:
5 ring dips
10 pull-ups
15 wall balls (20 lbs)

Mods - sub jumping pullups, sub pushups for ring dips, 10 LBS for wallball.

I don't have anywhere to do ring dips, pull ups, or wall balls at the station. Ill make this one up Thursday.

So I couldn't control myself.

Subs as follows
ring dips = 45lb push ups
Pull ups as rx'd
Wall ball = 40 lb db thrusters done explosively
