Ok, that was pretty terrible. Damn pull-ups. I was afraid of 150 wall ball shots Brent. I had to take it down to 105 shots.

While talking with Ron today I realized that we all might get some use out of this website. www.trainforstrength.com Fish has some great home workouts that we can do over the holiday break.
