Also, I want to say happy 1 year anniversary to Ian....sometime around now a year ago, CF Littleton officially opened (the first offical WOD post on the blog was 12/05/08), to the benefit of the southwest Littleton community! Congrats on 1 year in business Ian - and thanks for picking our area! I know there's a lot of grateful people out there...

That was as exhausted as I've ever been after a WOD. I was in fetal-position level pain. Nick was an awesome coach for me and I know he got me another 10-15 points! Great job all!
