Also, congratulations to Kyle and Derek who both hit PR's today - Kyle with a 250lb bench and Derek with a 300lb dead (up from 155lbs when he started!). Great job fellas.

Also thanks for today's donation from Corene. Corene donated our 2nd (a while ago) and 3rd chalk buckets for all you chalk junkies.

Kyle and I both did 60 1/2 lbs on the bar (gotta love those mini 1/4 kilo plates)

You have to stop coming to the gym early...

I didnt beat your time but it did feel good to take your weight down. However steve did beat your time.

Thank you Ian, I really appreciate that. You and the trainers you have surrounded us with are great at what you do. Walking in your door 4 months ago I never would have thought I could do half the things I can now do. When we're all there training, you make an absolute effort to make certain each person has individual attention. It's great to know that we can shoot for the stars and you have a genuine interest in our safety and success. If we happen to fail, you're there to pick us back up and put us back on the right path. You all own a little piece of my personal accomplishment today - but it's mostly mine :)
