I might have had a faster row time if I didn't slip off and bruise my taint...thanks for making the seat slippery Corene.

Looks like a high probability of doing double unders. From FRCF's website

The Colorado Open Potential Workouts

Here are the possible workouts for Saturday's afternoon workout. One of these five workouts will be picked on Friday afternoon. That workout, plus the two Saturday morning workouts will be announced on Friday night at 6:00 PM. A big thank you to the five Affiliates that submitted workouts. They gave us some great workouts. It's going to be an awesome weekend.

As you can see, the odds are good that there will be double-unders in the Saturday afternoon workout. You will be able to use your own jumprope this weekend, so bring it if you want to.

For more information about the Colorado Open, plus the timeline for the weekend, please scroll down.

1:59, 2:09, 2:06, 2:01 - thought i almost had that last one to beat the first! next time!!!

deads: 133,155,165, 20 x 113 (could have gone higher- specially on the 20, taking it easy getting back into the dead of it all)
