My "Queen" mod was
95lb clean, 185lb deadlift.
Lorie's pull ups were awesome!!!
Yeah, I definitely don't deserve Leader board on that one. Quote of the day I said "I really want to MOD this last set of Front Squats." Steve says "Stop whining and finish the workout." Thanks Steve!

We absolutely do Jennifer, no doubt. The next thing the gym is buying is the rest of the mats next week. Terry is helping out with the pick-up. That will be about $900.
Cash is still tight and it is a struggle since we always need more stuff and it is spendy! I will keep working though to get more members and make a better gym for you guys to train in.
People have generously donated in the past and it is greatly appreciated. Just let me know if you would like to donate anything in particular and I can direct you to some vendors.
Queen Mod: 105 deadlifts, 68lb cleans, 4 blue band pullups/4 pushups in place of muscle ups, knee pushups
2nd WOD mod: whatever the heck the little KB is for the snatches, 15 lb wall ball not quite at the 10 foot mark! OK, a lot at the not 10 foot mark....
My first Oly class.....it was definitely fun!
