Full disclosure - I used a 25# plate under my butt ball for the goblet squats...MOD??

Knee feels great, next time your doctor prescribes 2 weeks rest and ice feel free to substitute Motrin and Whiskey.

Flattery will get you everywhere Lorie.

Seriously though, some workouts cater to your strengths and others do not.

On any given day you can kick ass and impress yourself or just barely make it through and finish.

However it goes down is fine though - we just show up and give 100%.

You guys and gals who are in here every day working hard (always training no complaining)are the best. Now I know why all of you make CF Littleton such an awesome place!

It's true Ian - that time is unfathomable to me, you performed a movement every 2.9 seconds....that's awesome.

Thanks for the little push on my "water breaks" - not one trip to the sippy cup all WOD and I'm certain my time was greatly improved by it.

Big and late lunch did not treat me well. First time I ever thought might puke from a WOD. I went outside twice bc I thought i might- I didn't though. So, in sum, that really sucked.
