Guys remember, when the set reads 3x3 that means 3 completed sets. Not 2 sets and not 2 sets with a failed 3rd. If you fail on the 3rd you need to back the weight off and complete a triplet at a lower weight. This is important.
Also, thanks a bunch to Kyle who donated our new York spring clamps. Now you can throw your bar down when you're exhausted and pick it right back up since you won't have to break and tighten the collars. Thanks Kyle! I think..
