This one sounds fun. Wish I had KB's at home since I can't make it in for the WOD...Ian, any chance we will ever have open gym time on Tues or Thurs evenings?

Corene - you are a rock star. I can't imagine doing another 90 tomorrow to follow today's WOD. Actually, I had fun doing this today. Any day where i don't have to MOD my WOD is a good day.
