Clean3-3-3Rest...Death by 20 yard sprints1 sprint the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the 3rd minute...until you do not finish in the allotted time.

this could have been a short one for me......i'm in Houston tomorrow and Friday so I'll make it up on Sat. I might do "Cindy" tomorrow in the hotel. what was that one? 5 Pull ups (I'll have to mod that), 5 push ups and 15 squats for 20 min? i think so, if not........its what I'll do. Happy sprinting!

made up my own WOD using University of Houston benches/side walks/and grass. Got some weird looks from the students.

about 200 meter run
15 cement bench jumps (box jumps)
15 squats
15 girl push-ups
10 burpees (grass was wet so i'm looking a bit rough)
no idea what my time was but i'm guessing it wasn't fast and I did it with a smile....hehehe.
