I'm going to try them - not sure I'm coordinated enough to stand on my hands though.

I believe sit thru's are a gymnast move Ian showed me awhile back. You sit on the floor with your legs extended, place your hands on the floor in front of you and lift your legs off the ground. Crazy ab workout - I could be wrong though...

New goal for October - hand stand push up...hell, just standing on my hands against the wall would be a step in the right direction.

Ok. So I tried to do the HSPU... got 1.5 rds by themselves then got beat mentally and did the inclined push ups.

oh, we're fessing up to our mod: 55# snatches, hspu 2 ab mats. btw, did everyone already know that corene has a perfectly heart shaped but? her "sweat angel" gave it away...oh, and i also did kb v. ball slams.

You're on Corene! I think I might do better on a day we did not do handstand pushups. We were 5 seconds apart last night, so I think we'll have a good competition!
